What we collect
To create an account, we collect your phone number or, if you sign in with Google, your name and email address. Buyers can add delivery addresses. Sellers provide business details (name, description, location, delivery radius) and a UPI ID for payouts.
How we use it
We use this information to let you place and fulfil orders, run your storefront if you're a seller, show buyers sellers who can actually reach them, and keep your account secure. We don't use your data to show you ads, and we don't sell it to third parties.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. nukad never sees or stores your card, UPI, or bank details directly — Razorpay handles that, under its own security and privacy standards.
What sellers see
When you place an order, the seller sees your delivery address, phone number, and order details — only what they need to prepare and deliver it. They don't see your other orders, your saved addresses, or anything beyond that one order.
Cookies & sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. That's it — no third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — reach us through the help page.
Changes to this policy
As nukad grows, this policy will be updated to stay accurate — we'll note the date at the top whenever it changes.
