Terms of Service

Last updated: this is a working draft.

This is a working draft reflecting what nukad does today — it hasn't had a legal review yet and will be updated before nukad is generally available to the public.

What nukad is

nukad is a platform that connects buyers with independent local shops and kitchens. Sellers on nukad are independent businesses, not nukad employees or franchises — nukad isn't the seller of record for anything you order, and doesn't prepare, stock, or deliver it directly (except where a seller uses nukad's own delivery arrangements).

Accounts

You sign in with your phone number or a Google account. Keep your account details accurate — a seller needs a real way to reach you, and you need a real way to be reached about your order.

Orders & payment

Sellers set their own prices, minimum order values, and delivery policies — you'll see all of that on their storefront before you order. Payment is processed through Razorpay at checkout. nukad charges sellers a platform fee, disclosed to them on every payout.

If you sell on nukad

You're responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the quality and safety of what you sell, and fulfilling orders you accept. nukad reviews new storefronts before they go live, but doesn't inspect your business or verify every claim you make.

If something goes wrong

Report a problem with an order from the order's own page, or through the help page. Every report goes to nukad for review, not just the seller.

Limitation of liability

nukad provides the platform as-is, during an early beta period. To the extent permitted by law, nukad isn't liable for losses arising from a seller's products, delivery delays, or issues outside its direct control — we'll always still try to help make it right through the dispute process above.

Changes to these terms

As nukad grows, these terms will be updated to stay accurate — we'll note the date at the top whenever they change.
