An admin reviews every new storefront before it's visible to buyers — usually a quick check of your details and pickup location.
How does delivery work?+
You deliver it yourself and quote your own time when you mark an order ready — automatic courier booking through Porter is coming soon.
How do payouts work?+
Every delivered order shows you the gross amount, the platform fee, and the delivery cost, netted out into what you're actually paid — visible on your payouts page, order by order.
Can I change my delivery radius later?+
Yes, any time, from your storefront editor — drag the pin or adjust the slider and it takes effect immediately.
Is there a cost to list my shop?+
Listing is free. nukad takes a small platform fee out of each order once it's delivered — nothing upfront.
What happens if a buyer disputes an order?+
An admin reviews the buyer's report against your order's full timeline before deciding anything — you're never auto-charged a refund without a person looking at it first.
